Having to wake at sunrise or before to secure a sun bed, a la carte restaurants that are always full and not allowing bookings. Children splashing suspect water into your drinks at the pool bar, and set times for meals, if you are at the buffet after 10:00 am, no breakfast for you. Often mediocre meals overall, due to the resort trying to please 1000+ people every meal, leaving the food to be more like hospital food than vacation meals.
There are so many reasons that we out-grew the all-inclusive resort vacation, those were just to mention a few. We found a new way to have the experiences we want and the vacation relaxation that really made us feel we had been away at the same time.
It all started with Airbnb-type rentals and then expanded to joining other like-minded vacationers but securing our place in Casa Linda Gated Community on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic.

How does it work?
Pick your Dates
As with all destinations, the high and low season plays a part in pricing. For the best deals, select a date that is not during winter months, special holidays like Christmas, Easter, New Year, etc., and Spring Break.
Properties are available on all dates, so if budget isn’t an issue, then book for your preferred times and let’s get this party started.
